We as BYS Group, are looking for a "Statistician" for our analytics projects and consultancy services in public sector:

Qualifications:

Have a good knowledge of statistical analysis technics and good command of at least one of; SPSS, SAS, MATLAB, or similar software
Taking responsibility, result oriented, successful at running and finishing given tasks/projects
Ability to run analyzing and reporting process and provide betterment of process ; according to current needs
Preferably have ; SAS Enterprise Guide and/or Base SAS experience
Good command of English
Ability to work in Ankara
Availability to work full-time
Graduated from statistics department and/or participating graduate study in statistics departments
Master/PhD degree in Statistics or relevant fields

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Operations Research, Engineering, Economics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics or technical discipline or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Minimum 2 years experience in data mining, management and analysis.
Fluency in English both spoken and written.
Ability to perform in one of SAS enterprise guide or SAS enterprise miner
Demonstrated experience with data collection, management and analysis.
Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
Team player, result-oriented with strong planning and organization skills,
No military obligation for male candidates.

Conducts required activities in the projects where individual is assigned as responsible for the analyze,
Compose the documentation of the works,
Take a part in new projects,
Prepares the documentation of analysis.

Qualifications:

B.S in Computer Engineering, Electric Electronic Engineering, Management Information Systems or Mathematics Engineering
M.S or PhD in software development is an asset
Mathematical infrastructure to develop and work with complex algorithms
Minimum 5 years software development experience,
Proven knowledge in C#, Java, .NET and object oriented programming
Ability to develop software architecture and interface designs
Experience in Embedded Software development is an asset
Self disciplined ,self starter, and analytical thinking
Advanced in English,
Team player, result-oriented with strong planning and organization skills,
