PRINTED ELECTROCHEMICAL ELISA, PRINTECELISA

  • The project is managed under the Dropsense leadership with BYS Group
  • Project is funded by TÃœBÄ°TAK 1509 International Industry R&D Projects Supporting Programme
  • Under the Project scope;
    • “Printed-ECELISA device,
    • Pestisit indication in water,
    • Opioid active peptit indication in milk and diary products,
    • EC-kit content design for adjusting clinical Elisa diagnosis kits to electrochemical system
    • ECELISA kit content design based on Nanomaterials” will be developed.

Enzyme biosensor and immunosensor based detection systems designed for each lay out will have a multiplex electronic hardware in terms of speciality and methodology.

  • Outputs of the project:
    • The end product will be low-cost and portable even though it has high sensitivity, ability to multiplex analysis and multiplex electronic design.
    • Since electroactive markers will be more determined than enzymatic markers, kits will last longer.
    • This system will fill the gap between electrochemical and optic detection methods. As an analytic tool it will provide innovative flow.
    • Beyond these, it will bring a solution to the longstanding electrochemical analysis problem: Multiplex electronic hardware, which consists of 96 wells and is capable of measurement, will be provided.
